POSTAGE:
Within the United States: Postage and Handling notations for each cast indicate SURFACE postage and handling charges. You may opt for AIR delivery, and charges will be added to your invoice. Often items can be combined, and the savings in postal charges are passed on to you.


Outside of the United States: Shipping charges will be added to invoice. If you do not select between AIR and SURFACE, packages will be sent SURFACE mail when available.
